Welcome

    In the occasion of the University's of Jordan 50th anniversary, and inspired by the International Year of Chemistry (IYC), it is my great pleasure , on behalf of the organizing committee, to extend a warm invitation to you to participation in the International Conference of Young Chemists (ICYC), to be held in Amman- Jordan on April 8 - 10, 2012. The ICYC provides opportunities for young chemists to expand their scientific horizons connect with their peers and enhance their international collaboration.

     This conference is organized to celebrate 2011 as the International Year of Chemistry (IYC), which was initiated by the IUPAC and declared by the UNISCO.  The main aim of this conference is to “encourage interest in chemistry among young people, and to generate enthusiasm for the creative future of chemistry” which is one of the IYC goals.
